2015 National Finals Schedule of Events

Join in celebrating the Distinguished Young Women Class of 2015 by attending the following events open to the public.

Arrival Ceremony

Sunday, June 14 @ 5:30 p.m. - Mobile Regional Airport
Join us in welcoming the Distinguished Young Women Class of 2015 as they arrive to Mobile, Alabama for two weeks of activities and preparation for the 58th National Finals competition.

Bel Air Mall Extravaganza

Saturday, June 20 @ 10:00 a.m. - Bel Air Mall
Don't miss your chance to come out and meet all 50 of the state representatives and the Distinguished Young Woman of America for 2014, Brooke Rucker. During this fun-filled morning, you will be able to choose from many different activities to do with the representatives. You can even get their autographs and  have your photo taken with them! 

Wintzell's Oyster Eating Contest

9th Annual Wintzell's Golf Classic benefiting Distinguished Young Women

Monday, June 22 @ 1:00 p.m. and Tuesday, June 23 @ 8:30 a.m. - Lakewood Golf Club at the Marriott Grand Hotel (Point Clear, AL)
Enjoy a round of golf benefiting Distinguished Young Women. Some of the returning representatives from the Class of 2014 will visit with the golfers on Monday, June 22nd. On Tuesday, June 23rd, the 50 state representatives will be on hand to greet golfers at the start of the tournament. Visit the Wintzell's Golf Classic page to learn more.

A Distinguished Evening at the Grand

Monday, June 22 @ 6:30 p.m. - Grand Hotel (Point Clear, AL)
Join the Distinguished Young Woman of America for 2014 and Kelli & Brodie Croyle of Big Oak Ranch for an evening of world-class cuisine, fine wine, exciting auction items and good company. Tickets are $75 each and all proceeds benefit Distinguished Young Women.

Dinner on the Delta

Monday, June 22 @ 6:00 p.m. - BLUEGILL Restaurant 
Join the 50 state representatives for a night of fun and great food on BLUEGILL's back deck.  

Community Night sponsored by Encore Rehabilitation

Wednesday, June 24 @ 7 p.m. - Mobile Civic Center Theater
Get a Sneak Peak of the Distinguished Young Women Class of 2015 as they perform selections from the 58th National Finals Program. With performances from the "Has-Beens", current Distinguished Young Woman of America, Brooke Rucker, and other special guests, your whole family is sure to enjoy this community event. Admission is $5.

58th National Finals - Preliminaries & Finals Night

Thursday, Friday & Saturday, June 25, 26 & 27 @ 7 p.m. - Mobile Civic Center Theater
Join us for the Distinguished Young Women Preliminary Competitions on Thursday and Friday as the Class of 2015 competes in fitness, talent and self-expression. On Thursday night, awards will be presented for community-supported cash scholarships and on Friday night for the Distinguished Young Women competition categories.

On Saturday evening, help us in celebrating 58 years of inspiring young women during the Distinguished Young Women National Finals. Check out the ten finalists as they compete in fitness, talent and self-expression and enjoy performances from Brooke Rucker, Distinguished Young Woman of America for 2014. At the end of the night, one young woman will be named Distinguished Young Woman of America for 2015. Tickets for the Distinguished Young Women Preliminaries and National Finals are $82.50 for all three nights.
