2012 National Finals Information for Friends & Family

The 55th Distinguished Young Women National Finals will be held in Mobile, Alabama June 28, 29, and 30, 2012. Family and friends should plan to arrive in Mobile on Tuesday, June 26, in order to attend orientation on Wednesday, June 27. Departures will be Sunday, July 1 after the conclusion of the 2012 National Finals events and festivities.

We have fun activities planned for your family and friends to enjoy while in Mobile, and we encourage everyone to participate to get the full Distinguished Young Women experience!  The activity registration includes admission to all attractions, transportation in air-conditioned motor coaches to attractions, and 9 meals from Wednesday through Saturday. Lodging

The Holiday Inn Downtown Mobile serves as the headquarters for Distinguished Young Women families and friends. We have secured a special rate of $119 per night for Distinguished Young Women families, but you must reserve by May 27. To make reservations, please call 251-694-0100. Please specify that you are with Distinguished Young Women to receive this special rate. We encourage you to book rooms early for your immediate family. Multiple rooms may be booked based on availability.

Travel Arrangements

Should you need transportation service to our host hotel, please phone Mobile Bay Transportation at 251-633-5693. Shuttle service or Yellow Cab service may be scheduled through their office. You may find that cab service is more economical, but either option is available.
