America's Junior Miss is proud to have the support of over 17,000 volunteers throughout the country.  These people are the heart and soul of our program, and the ones who "make it happen."  AJM would not exist without their dedication and loyalty.  There are no words to express our appreciation to all the people who give their time, energy, and love to help us make a difference. 

Board of Directors

AJM is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors.  This group of community leaders makes policy decisions about the program, participate in fundraising, and help keep the program running successfully throughout the year.

National Finals Committee

The National Finals Committee is a wonderful group of volunteers who give their time and effort to ensure that the contestants, families, friends, and state representatives who come to Mobile for the National Finals have the best experience possible. 

Scholarship Foundation Board of Directors

The Scholarship Foundation Board of Directors is a seperate governing body that makes policy decisions for the AJM Scholarship Foundation, which distributes funds to the young women who have received awards from Junior Miss programs across the country.

Support Teams

Support Teams are instrumental in ensuring the success of local and state Junior Miss programs.  The members of these teams assist the national office in providing assistance to program chairmen and other volunteers throughout the country.
