Our 2010 Wisconsin's Junior Miss is Samantha LaBrasca, from Brookfield. In our competition, her performance earned 5 separate awards, for a total of $5,250.00 in cash scholarships and, of course, the opportunity to compete at the next level of Junior Miss competition.
