Jordan Young of Cushing, 2009 Payne County's Junior Miss, announces that eight contestants have begun rehearsals in preparation for the 2010 Payne County's Junior Miss Scholarship Program, which will be held on March 7, 2009, 7:00pm, at the Stillwater Community Center. Contestants from Perkins, Ripley, Cushing, and Stillwater will compete for cash college scholarships in the categories of Interview, Fitness, Talent, Scholastics, and Sel f-Expression.
