Our 2009 Oklahoma's Junior Miss is Kaileigh Bullard, from Wagoner. In our competition, her performance earned 6 separate awards, for a total of $2,500.00 in cash scholarships and, of course, the opportunity to compete at the next level of Junior Miss competition.

Kaileigh's achievements include: Oklahoma Academic Scholar; Valedictorian • Oklahoma Academic All Stars Scholarship recipient • Ouststanding Senior Girl; Oklahoma Honor Society • National Honor Society President • Centennial Commendation from OK Gov. Brad Henry • Youth Leadership Oklahoma Class VII Delegate • Student Council President; Vice Pres; Sec; Treas. • Senior Class Secretary; Highest GPA in WHS history • Opened for country music legend Ronnie Milsap • Homecoming Queen; National BPA Torch Award
