At-large Program |
| The Ohio Junior Miss At-large Program is held for those young women who are members of the graduating class of 2009 and who currently do not have a local Junior Miss program in their county. The at-large program is a preliminary to the Ohio Junior Miss Scholarship Program. This year's at-large program will be held on Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12 in the Mount Vernon High School theatre in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Those wishing to compete in this preliminary program must be able to participate in only one of these two days.
