Our 2010 North Carolina's Junior Miss is Hannah McMillan, from Rocky Mount. In our competition, her performance earned 5 separate awards, for a total of $10,800.00 in cash scholarships and, of course, the opportunity to compete at the next level of Junior Miss competition.
