Our 2009 New Hampshire's Junior Miss is Meaghan Biggio, from Nashua. In our competition, her performance earned 2 separate awards, for a total of $1,650.00 in cash scholarships and, of course, the opportunity to compete at the next level of Junior Miss competition.
