Our 2010 Louisiana's Junior Miss is Katelyn von Diezelski, from West Monroe. In our competition, her performance earned 2 separate awards, for a total of $3,500.00 in cash scholarships and, of course, the opportunity to compete at the next level of Junior Miss competition.

Katelyn's achievements include: Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Award (HOBY)-WMHS • National Honor Society - Chaplain • WMHS Student Ambassador • LA Legislature Commendation for community service • Academic All-State Award-LA Music Educators' Assoc • Louisiana All-State Choir • First Chair Alto One LMEA District All-State • Universal Dance Association All-American Dancer • Ouachita Parish Gifted and Talented Program • Lead Singer-McClendon Church Youth Praise Team
