April Bragg A 1996 has-been of Dublin-Laurens Co’s JM, April has been judging state & local programs for the past 7 years; and she is the founder of Milledgeville-Baldwin’s JM. April is also the President of the GJM's Local Chairman’s Council & in 2007 was awarded the “BYBS” Outstanding Program award from AJM.
