Our 2009 St Johns County's Junior Miss is Jessica Bitter, from Ponte Vedra Beach. In our competition, her performance earned 6 separate awards, for a total of $2,625.00 in cash scholarships and, of course, the opportunity to compete at the next level of Junior Miss competition.
