Carlsbad's Junior Miss

Our 2009 Carlsbad's Junior Miss is Kate Segall, from Carlsbad. In our competition, her performance earned 2 separate awards, for a total of $1,100.00 in cash scholarships and, of course, the opportunity to compete at the next level of Junior Miss competition.
