Our 2009 Jefferson County's Junior Miss is Kathryn Tully, from Birmingham. In our competition, her performance earned 5 separate awards, for a total of $4,000.00 in cash scholarships and, of course, the opportunity to compete at the next level of Junior Miss competition.
