At-Large Program

If you reside in one of the following counties you may participate in our At-Large Program which will be held at Birmingham Southern College.  To submit an application go to www.ajm.org and click "join us."  Once confirmed, you will be able to complete forms online when you login to the ajm.org website.  If you have any further questions, pleae contact Cathy Ballant at catballant@aol.com.

BLOUNT, CHAMBERS, CLAY, CLEBURNE, COOSE, GREENE, HALE, LAMAR, LIMESTONE, LOWNDES, MARION, PERRY, PICKENS, RANDOLPH, RUSSELL, SUMTER, WILCOX, WINSTON

All contestants participate in five categories at the local, state and national level.  These categories include:  interview, fitness, scholastic, presence & composure and talent.  One representative per county is selected from a qualified panel of judges.  That representative will receive a $200 scholarship and travel to Montgomery, Alabama in January to participate in the state program.
