
Dr. Linda Delbridge

Dr. Linda Rutledge Delbridge represented Kansas when she was chosen America’s Junior Miss in 1973. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Computer Science. Upon completion of Officer Candidate School, she was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps and served for four years managing the West Coast Teleprocessing Network. She obtained her MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and her doctorate in Computer Science from George Washington University. Over the last 28+ years, Linda has been employed with IBM, and currently is a Business Development Executive and certified Project Manager with IBM’s End User Service Product Line, part of Global Technology Solutions. Linda and her husband, David, reside in Lake Tahoe, NV, with their two Alaskan Malamutes.

Mr. Eric DySart

Eric DySart is a leadership and personal development consultant, and a mentor and coach to many individuals. With the foundation of Preeminent Solutions, he has extended his initiatives to businesses as well. Eric has a B.F.A. degree and professional experience in the performing arts. Eric was a member of the “Look Up to Cleveland” youth leadership preparatory program and recipient of the Martin Luther King Jr. “I have a dream” Award. Eric continued his leadership training through the global leadership and community service organization “Up with People” and has talked with and worked along side community and world leaders, such as Pope John Paul II and George W. Bush Sr. With 14 years of experience as a professional actor, Eric was an original cast member of the Broadway hit “Hairspray” and has done performances for the Kennedy Center and The Public Theater. Eric’s performing credits include the Original Broadway Cast of Hairspray, NBC’s 30 Rock, Finding Forrester, and Guiding Light. In addition to his training in theater, music, stage combat, voide, and dance, Eric is a certified fitness trainer.

Ms. Rachel Doyle

Rachel Doyle is the President and Founder of GlamourGals, nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering intergenerational relationships that create compassionate teen leaders. As a teenager, Rachel gained extensive on-camera experience in live television as a cast member for the Metro Channel’s Studio Y and planned student run charity fashion shows at her high school. Rachel started “GG” when she was 17 and her motivation to change the world did not go unnoticed. In recognition of her work in founding GlamourGals, Rachel was featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show and CBS’s The Early Show. Rachel’s work has been profiled in numerous publications, including the New York Times, Glamour, and CosmoGirl. She was named one of the first “CosmoGirls of the Year.” She also accepted the National Group Volunteer of the Year Award in Miami in 2004 from the American Health Care Association. She was featured in the American Eagle Outfitters Spring 2005 National Ad Campaign. Today, Rachel manages the non-profit as a graduate of Cornell University with a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management

Mr. Tom McKinney

Tom McKinney has been a professional singer-actor for more than 40 years. He was a National Metropolitan Opera Auditions Winner and became a principal at the NYC Metropolitan Opera. He has had leading roles in more than 60 musicals, 25 plays and 30 operas. Tom and his wife, Colleen, have three successful voice and acting studios in Houston, Spring-Woodlands, and the Dallas-Irving areas. Tom has been part of the New Talent Development Team at Beyonce’s “Music World” in Houston for the past five years. He was the lead judge on Houston’s KPRC-TV Channel 2’s “Gimme the Mic” for four seasons. Tom is currently expanding his “Tom McKinney Vocal Studios” to encompass new talent development and artist management. Many of his vocal students are now working as professionals in the entertainment industry.

Rev. Dr. Naomi Paget

The Rev. Dr. Naomi Paget, BCC, BCETS was California’s Junior Miss 1966, is a former President of California’s Junior Miss, Inc., and has served many positions in local and state programs during the past forty-two years. She is a certified crisis interventionist, serves the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Chaplain, and is a Diplomat in the Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, a certified member of the American Red Cross Critical Response Team, and the Executive Director of Marketplace Samaritans, Inc. She is an Adjunct Professor at Denver Seminary and Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary and has served on various boards for many community philanthropic organizations. Naomi graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Divinity at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, has studied at Jerusalem University College in Israel, and earned her Doctorate of Ministry from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. She is the author of two books and enjoys reading, traveling, archeology, ranching and fly-fishing. Naomi’s and her husband, John, have two adult children and five grand children in Texas.
